This Privacy Policy explains what data NoteFox ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and tools, and how we use that data.

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site:

• Tool inputs. Text you paste into our tools is sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate the response. We do not save this text on our servers.
• Anonymous usage analytics. Standard analytics like page views, browser type, country, and referrer. No personally identifying data.
• Cookies. First-party cookies for analytics, and third-party cookies from Google AdSense for ad personalization. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

2. How we use your data

• To run the AI tools you request.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To show relevant ads via Google AdSense.

3. Third-party services

• Anthropic / OpenAI. We send the text you paste to one of these AI providers to generate the result. They process the text per their own privacy policies.
• Google AdSense. We may show ads served by Google. Google may use cookies to personalize these ads. Read Google's ad policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP addresses for traffic analytics.
• Vercel. Our hosting provider. They process server logs (request IP and user-agent) for security purposes.

4. Data we do NOT collect

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not save the text you paste into the tools.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not track you across other websites.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies for analytics and advertising. By using the site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at google.com/settings/ads.

6. Children's privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you live in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Since we don't collect personally identifying account data, most of these rights apply only to analytics and ad-personalization data, which you can manage via Google's settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be announced on this page.
